As a customer your 50ml bottle can be recycled if you wish. Send it by post to our contact address (make sure the bottle is completely empty before you do so). Include your name, email and other details and we will send you a £10 voucher.
Shipping & Delivery on US Orders
We offer FREE Standard 3-7 Day Shipping on all U.S. orders $82 and over (excluding taxes) – no promotion code needed. However, due to delays related to demand and COVID-19, prosodylondon.us orders may experience delays. For merchandise orders totaling less than $82, there is a delivery charge depending on the carrier and weight. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to a P.O. Box.
Certain items, including aerosols and alcohol-based products are restricted from air-transport due to U.S. Department of Transportation regulations and must be shipped by ground shipping only and will potentially take additional time to arrive. We regret that we are not able to offer expedited shipping or shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico on orders with restricted items.
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. Most of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site.
