We highly recommend that you try our sample pack before buying a full-sized bottle as we do not accept returns and issue refunds unless the product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
If the product arrives damaged, please contact us at email@example.com within 14 calendar days of your purchase to request a return, and we will get back to you with shipping instructions. Please note that we do not cover return shipping cost, and refunds are subject to inspection of the returned goods and may take up to 30 days to process.
All return items must be trackable and the tracking code must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org otherwise we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We also advise on purchasing a shipping insurance so it can protect you in case your item goes missing.
